Refund policy

At Skitch® Skateboards, our goal is to provide a quality product to keep our customers happy

RETURNS

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. 

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel or change your order?  Reach out and we'll take care of it.  But if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order.  

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or not like it should be, we will send you a replacement or replacement part ASAP (see warranty for additional details).

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

We do our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.  Most orders arrive within a week, but the rare order may take longer if placed during a busy delivery window.

If you have not received your item within 2 weeks, please let us know and we will do our best to track it down.  You can reach us on our "contact us" page or send us an email to hello@skitchskateboards.com.

REFUNDS

If you have received a product that does not match your expectations, we will replace it. If you would like a refund, you will need to reach out for return instructions.
